Salary: 16-19K euro gross p/a (depending on experience) plus benefits (food vouchers, public transport allowance and performance bonus)
Relocation: 2000 euro gross relocation bonus offered to those relocating outside Portugal
As a Customer Advisor, you will be part of a multilingual team, where you will provide outstanding support via social media to users of this global media platform. This is an exciting role where you will be responding to customers' queries via social media, managing the company's social media visibility, and reviewing the social media channels. This role will suit someone who has a passion for Social Media with excellent communication skills.
Requirements Fluency in French and a good command of EnglishPrevious experience working in either Social Media, Customer Service and/or PREagerness to learn and attention to detailsFlexible attitude and can easily adapt in a changing environmentAbility to multi-taskSalary and benefits Basic gross annual salary between 16-19K euro plus benefits. Daily food vouchers per working day of euro 7.63. Public transport/Commuting allowance of 60 euro p/m. An annual performance bonus of 5% is offered. A relocation bonus of 2000 euro is offered for those successful candidates that relocate to Lisbon from outside Portugal.
