Key Responsibilities:
Assist Customers Across Various Channels: Respond to customer inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics via phone and other communication platforms.
Receive Incoming Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency.
Welcome and Advise Customers: Provide a warm welcome to our customers and offer expert advice to address their needs.
Offer Personalized Solutions: Tailor solutions to each customer's unique situation, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with every interaction.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 7am and 7pm, onsite at client's centrally located office in Porto.
Requirements:
No previous experience required.
Proficiency in French (C2 and higher, spoken and written) is essential.
For non-EU candidates, the possession of a valid residence permit of Expression of Interest is obligatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
