Position Overview:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries. Whether it's subscription details, billing issues, or technical support, your role will be to deliver clear and effective solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Manage incoming calls, providing customers with accurate information and resolving their issues with a friendly and professional attitude.

Work Details:
Location: This is an on-site position at our Porto office.
Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, with working hours between 7 am and 7 pm.
Start Date: We are looking for candidates who can begin in December.
