We are urgently hiring French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to provide top-notch service for a renowned beauty brand. You'll be helping customers with their inquiries and making sure they have an outstanding experience.

Your Role:
Act as the first line of support, helping customers with their inquiries and providing a seamless experience.
Process online orders, handle refunds, and resolve after-sales issues effectively.
Handle complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
Answer customer questions, offer advice, and provide solutions for beauty product concerns.
Engage in upselling when appropriate to improve the customer experience and build loyalty.

Requirements:
C2-level French (spoken and written)
B2-level English
Experience is not required (but is preferred)
Must already reside in Portugal (between Coimbra and Algarve)
EU citizenship or a residence permit for Portugal
