As our Quality Analyst you will guide our team in mastering the project's directives to provide an accurate and timely service. Key responsibilities: Acting as a bridge between our Content Moderators and the clients' expectations.Coaching teams and suggesting improvement opportunities.Building reports based on the quality performance in different phases of the moderation process.Develop action plans based on periodical root cause analysis.Participating in weekly calibrating sessions to ensure consistency.What will make you succeed in this role? A passion for accuracy and a job well done.Professional proficiency in English, both written & spoken (B2).Excellent working abilities in French, both written & spoken (C1).Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.Good skills with MS Office tools (like Excel).What can you get?
