Are you looking for a Manager position based in Lisbon? We are recruiting within our entity 1 new Client Services Manager to meet our growth challenges. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will manage and support a team of 6 to 12 employees. You will be responsible for the quality of customer service in the field of international health insurance plans in a client-based organisation. You'll manage and supervise the activity of your team and you are in charge of your clients in your scope.
Profile
You speak fluent French and English or Portuguese since you will be working with French and English-speaking clients;
You are passionate about Customer Service, and have experience in the Management of a team;
Previous experience in the insurance sector is an asset.
