French/English Client Services Officer - Lisbon

Are you looking for a Manager position based in Lisbon?
We are recruiting within our entity 1 new Client Services Manager to meet our growth challenges.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will manage and support a team of 6 to 12 employees. You will be responsible for the quality of customer service in the field of international health insurance plans in a client-based organisation.

You'll manage and supervise the activity of your team and you are in charge of your clients in your scope.

Profile
- You speak fluent French and English or Portuguese since you will be working with French and English-speaking clients;
- You are passionate about Customer Service, and have experience in the Management of a team;
- Previous experience in the insurance sector is an asset.
