French Customer Support In Braga

Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and update records in our system.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements: Native proficiency in French .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Familiarity with computer systems and customer management software.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Rotational shifts of 8 hours per day) Days Off: Fixed Sunday + 1 rotational day off during the week.
