As a Client Solutions Expert , you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service, helping customers navigate a powerful multi-service platform that integrates their daily needs.

Your Role in Our Team: Act as the primary point of contact for users of the Combined Services App, providing support across various channels (phone, email, chat).
Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot app-related issues, and provide accurate solutions for a wide array of services integrated into the app.
Educate customers on how to fully leverage the platforms features, ensuring optimal user satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions, managing queries with precision and empathy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution and improve the overall client experience.
What You Bring: Fluency in French (C2) and strong proficiency in English (B2) .
Experience in customer service, with a passion for helping people solve problems.
