French Customer Service Representative | Fully Remote!!

Project Name: Streaming Channel Title: Customer Service Representative Language Requirement: French - C2 (European French accent required) and English-B2 Start Date: 20th November 2024 Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Remote Schedule: Rotative 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, between 7 am and 9 pm Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week Salary & Benefits: Base Salary: 895 EUR per month (paid over 14 months) KPI Bonus: 100 EUR per month (paid over 12 months) Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per day (net) Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months of employment Relocation Package: Not available.
Candidates must already reside in Portugal.
Job Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for viewers, representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Assist customers through various channels: phone, chat, and email.
Provide support for account issues, application use, and technical troubleshooting.
Offer real-time assistance regarding software functionality, system configurations, and network settings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
