We are hiring Frenchspeakers on behalf of our client running a project dedicated to a leading company dedicated solely to beauty, leveraging over 110 years of expertise to understand and fulfill the diverse desires and aspirations of consumers worldwide.Responsibilities:Engage with customers through live chat, phone, emails, web forms, and social media platforms.Handle consumer requests, providing information and resolving complaints.Deliver exceptional solutions and services.Offer professional, accurate, and timely product and beauty advice.Qualifications:Must Have:Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Customer orientation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.Native-level proficiency in French and English (B2).Proficient IT skills, including the ability to efficiently use tools to report interactions.Availability to work in shifts onsite at our client's offices in Porto.Nice to Have:Previous experience in the cosmetics and luxury sectors.Knowledge and experience with digital and social media platforms.Prior customer service experience.Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional hour for lunch), Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00.Apply today and become a part of a team that excels in beauty and customer service, delivering outstanding experiences to our valued consumers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
