French Collections Representative| Porto

2024-04-30 Porto Finanças, Contabilidade, Auditoria Ref: 252-000441-1 We are looking for a Customer Financial Services Representativefluent in English and French for a client in the Porto area.Are you interested?Responsibilities:- Credit and Collections;- Handle Disputes, Cash Applications and the Billing needed;- Involves online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration;- interaction with external customers and suppliers;- Validate or complet accurate and timely reporting. Supports/researches relevant data;- Reporting;- Ensures required approvals are sought throughout and notifies management of any non-compliance issues as they arise.
