What you'll do:
A week in the life of a Fraud Operations Specialist:
Assist other team members with intricate issues raised by the Group's players, and review both customer accounts and system alert activities.
Report directly to a Fraud Operations Team Leader and your shifts will last nine hours following a staggered days pattern.
Verify KYC documentation, process real-money transactions, and action system alerts generated by our customers' activities.
Analyze and understand fraudulent behaviors and the transactions' lifecycle processes. Perform risk assessments on customer accounts.
Support clients with specific assistance in accordance with internal procedures and handle third-party contacts.
Monitor players' accounts and transaction data for suspicious activities and possible fraud.
What you'll bring:
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Previous experience in online fraud investigations and/or online payment processing merchant systems.
2+ years of Customer Service Representative experience in the gaming, e-commerce, financial, or banking industries.
Working knowledge of international document verification, KYC, and AML/CFT procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Desired skills:
Proficiency in any additional language is a plus.
Understanding of the online payment lifecycle in an e-commerce environment.
