About the role Bounce is hiring a Financial Analyst.
As a Financial Analyst, you will be a core member of our Finance team, driving continuous business alignment to Bounce in our different departments. You will be responsible for our forecasting, business reviews, and annual planning.
? Where you come in In this role, you can expect to own the following areas:
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, own and maintain financial budget models and operating models that directly support our operating teams.
Collaboration with Functional Leaders: Act as a key business partner to our leadership teams.
Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews: Lead regular evaluations of business performance, providing critical insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
Goal Setting: Develop and monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Variance Analysis: Prepare and present regular financial analysis, identifying key drivers of variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
Month-End Reporting: Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including managerial reporting and analysis.
Your profile Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar field
+3 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, or accounting
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
Experience with Business Intelligence reporting, CRM and ERP systems
Drive and a track record of going above-and-beyond expectations
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Curiosity and willingness to work on a wide range of projects
Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial modeling
Understanding of core accounting principles
Professional written and spoken English
