Financial Manager & Senior Accountant

Sobre o nosso cliente International Real Estate Investment Group looking for a SENIOR ACCOUNTANT for our office based in Lisbon Parque das Nações. Descrição Prepare and review financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and completeness Manage the general ledger and ensure that all accounts are reconciled on a regular basis Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, ensuring that invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner Monitor and analyze accounting data, and produce financial reports or statements on a monthly basis Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts Coordination and management of the treasury and accounting team Supervision of the correct classification and recording of accounting documents Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders, such as tax consultants, auditors, and management, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information Assist with special projects and initiatives, as needed Perfil ideal Degree in Accountancy or related to; 5 to 10 yearsof professional experience as a certified accountant (TOC); Solid experience and autonomy in the area of accounting, asset management, completion of Model 22 and other forms, IVA, IMI, IES, and financial control; Proven knowledge of Tax Legislation and International Tax; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience and knowledge of accounting software, namely Primavera; Intermediate to advanced level excel skills; Proficiency in English, written and speaking (mandatory); Vantagens Career Progression. #J-18808-Ljbffr
