We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our client's team. The Financial Analyst will report directly to the General Manager and play a crucial role in the financial planning and analysis of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial statements and reporting processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, analyze, and report on all revenue and costs on a monthly basis. Develop and maintain financial statements to provide a clear picture of the company's financial health. Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performance. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes. Identify trends, variances, and potential risks, and provide recommendations to management. Support the MD with financial modeling and scenario analysis. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.G., CFA, CPA) is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the construction industry. Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
