ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking for a Financial administrative technician - French speaker. This role will report to the Billing team leader of the Service Center.
Funções a Desempenhar KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collecting all the commercial documents required for your business on time,
- Enter and validate orders in our information system,
- Checking invoicing details and drawing up customer invoices,
- Follow-up customers and manage any billing disputes,
- Ensuring that sales are recognized and taking part in monthly closings by validating outstanding invoices by validating outstanding invoices.

Requisitos Necessários PROFILE :

- Bachelor's degree,
- Fluent in French and English,
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Knowledge of Excel and SAP are additional assets.
