THE ROLE As a Collection Team Lead at Carwow, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient car collection process for our sellers. You will lead and inspire a team of 8+ agents, providing guidance, support, and development to help them excel in their roles. Your ability to analyse data, solve problems, and drive performance will be essential to the success of the team and the overall carwow experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Team Leadership: Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing collection team of 8+ agents.Process Improvement: Analyze team performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.Customer Focus: Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service, supporting sellers throughout the collection process and resolving any issues promptly.KPI Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.Complaint Handling: Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.Target Achievement: Set clear goals and expectations for the team, providing the necessary support and resources to achieve targets.People Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and identify training needs to develop team members.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and optimise the collection process.Embody Carwow Values: Demonstrate the carwow values in all interactions and actions, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.WHAT YOU NEED Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in a customer-centric environment.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.If you are a passionate and results-oriented leader with a strong customer focus, we encourage you to apply.
