The finance and administration manager is responsible for accounting, finance, legal, general affairs and corporate secretarial matters of the company.
This is a cross-functional role in the financial area, requiring flexibility to handle more operational day-to-day matters as well as strategic vision for financial planning and reporting to the group.
Client Details Multinational group, which is currently establishing its local corporate structure.
Description Structure the financial area, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient procedures to guarantee the accuracy of financial information.Prepare detailed financial reports with critical analysis and valuable insights for the group's growth strategy.Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets and financial analysis statements.Maintain the company's general ledger.Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization opportunities.Profile University Degree in accounting, finance or similar areas.A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance in an international company.Being a Certified Accountant is a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage accounting, controlling, planning, treasury, working capital, tax.Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills.Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
