The internship focuses on implementing and analyzing a structured contract framework to align with company policies and compliance standards. Responsibilities include designing contract guidelines, evaluating performance metrics for customer and supplier agreements, and identifying risks, trends, and optimization opportunities. Additionally, the intern will enhance contract lifecycle processes by researching best practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Administrative duties include maintaining organized records, ensuring data accuracy, and managing contract renewal timelines, requiring analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Minimum Requirements:Analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.Basic understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and supplier management.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Law, Management, Finance, or Administration.
