We are currently looking for a Field Marketing Manager to cover for a team member on maternity leave and join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts in the DACH region, developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive demand, generate leads, and support our sales efforts in the region. You will work closely with the sales team in Germany and Switzerland as well as other key stakeholders, while being part of an international marketing team of over 30 talented professionals.

Requirements:3+ years of experience in a similar role.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.Native German and fluent English.Experience in B2B marketing.Growth-oriented and results-driven, with a strong understanding of demand generation, lead generation, and account-based marketing strategies.Familiar with various marketing channels and techniques: events, paid advertising, email marketing, inbound and content marketing, SEO, social media, partnerships, etc.Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce as a plus).Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.Acolad is committed to creating a diverse and equitable workforce.
