Tasks and Qualifications:
Como integrante del equipo de Facility Management y en dependencia directa del responsable del área de Gestión de Servicios de soporte al activo inmobiliario, actividad y personas (Facilites), darás apoyo a todos los procesos relacionados con:
Gestionar pedidos de manera global.
Gestionar y controlar los contratos.
Gestionar y controlar los contratos de renting.
Gestionar y controlar gastos KPI's (Indicador clave de rendimiento).
Gestionar reportes mensuales.
Gestionar y controlar la telefonía.
Gestionar y controlar los viajes de empresa.
Gestionar y controlar los transportes.
Gestionar la cantina y vending.
Gestionar la copistería.
Gestionar floristería y obsequios.
Gestionar material de oficina.
Gestionar EPIS (Equipos de protección individual).
Gestionar ropa y lavandería.
Gestionar la limpieza.
Gestionar jardinería.
Gestionar el control de plagas.
Gestionar la plataforma PRL proveedores.
Apoyar a la implementación de proyectos servicios y mejora continua en la centralización de objetivos y obtención de ahorros.
Formación, conocimientos & Experiencia:
Se requiere formación superior (Formación Profesional o Grado/Licenciatura universitaria) o experiencia profesional previa de al menos 1 año realizando las funciones descritas anteriormente.
También se requieren los siguientes conocimientos:
Office 365 y SAP.
Carnet de conducir.
Disponibilidad de realizar desplazamientos puntuales a nivel de la península Ibérica (España y Portugal).
Ser capaz de participar en conversaciones (orales y/o escritas) con relativa complejidad dentro del entorno laboral profesional en inglés, valorable conocimientos de portugués.
