As our F&B Supervisor, you will play a key role in establishing and managing the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Some of your main responsibilities will include:
Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Assist in training, supervising, and motivating the F&B team.
Maintain high standards of service by inspecting the presentation of food and beverage items and addressing any service issues promptly.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and General Manager on menu planning, costing, and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, particularly in alignment with opening protocols.
Support with setting up service areas, arranging furniture, and implementing F&B layouts for opening readiness.
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
Manage guest feedback and handle any complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
What we need from You
Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage within a luxury hotel or similar high-end establishment; pre-opening experience is a plus.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve high standards.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food & beverage operations.
Flexible night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Fluent speaking in both English and French.
French citizenship required. Please note this role is based on the island of Lifou.
