We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide. Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany, to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date. Our team is looking for a Analytics Communication Intern to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon. Your contribution to something big: Support in the communication topics related to ourinternal analytics store; Coordination of marketing activities for our analytics service; Coordination of internal documentation and it's different resources; Creation of training materials for new joiners. What distinguishes you: Education: Marketing, Communication and Social Sciences; High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, etc.): e.G., create visual appealing presentations, prepare spreadsheets, etc.; Pro-active, independent, good time-management & organizational skills, detail oriented, able to prioritize; Team-player with strongcommunication and marketing skills who enjoys working with a very diverse and multi-disciplinary team (both on-site and virtual); Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment; Language-Skills: outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
