If you're a seasoned Expert TIA Consultant pro and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.Working Model: RemoteThis position will be part of Sapiens' Property & Casualty division.What you'll do:Manage an international team of Tia Consultants and Senior Tia ConsultantsTechnical design work, development, configuration and set up in relation to Tia implementationsPerforming and optimizing customers' upgrades to new versions of Tia SolutionParticipation in technical product and skills workshopsReview of requirements and technical design along with QA of set-up, design, architecture and infrastructurePerformance optimizationContributing to technical documentationConducting technical workshopsPreparing and delivering technical Tia trainingsRole requirements:Experience with TIA modulesExperience in team managementExperience with implementation of standard solutions applying Agile and waterfall methodsExperience working with Oracle-based business systems including (Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, ADF, Oracle database, and WebLogic)Background in requirement gathering & mapping users' needsExcellent technical skillsFluency in EnglishGood to have skills:Familiarity with Java EE and experience developing web-based solutions on the platform, for example, JPA/JSP/JSF/StrutsPractical experience working with web services (SOAP, WSDL, XML, REST) and JavaKnowledge of insurance, financial services, and InsurTech of FinTech ecosystems are all welcome additionsExperience with defining IT architecture and infrastructure in co-operation with the client, along with standard solutionsRelevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similarFluency in Portuguese and SpanishAbout SapiensSapiens International Corporation (NASDAQ and TASE: SPNS) is a global leader in intelligent insurance software solutions.
