Your Mission As a  Customer Support Representative , you'll assist customers through phone, chat, and email, answering questions and resolving issues such as: How to use products or services effectively.
Troubleshooting technical problems and offering solutions.
Helping with account management, payments, and subscriptions.

We're Looking For You If You Have: Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
A stable, quiet home office with a solid internet connection.
Basic tech skills and the ability to troubleshoot.

A commitment to stay at least 12 months.
