Description: MMB's Integrated Digital Proposition is key to our growth strategy; encompassing foundational platforms, client facing experience solutions, and analytics & insights tools.Reporting into the MMB Digital Leader for UK & Europe, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to help drive the growth of our client facing propositions, including 'Benefits You App' and 'Darwin'.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption of digital solutions across the client-lifecycle, including proposition development support, pipeline generation & pre-sales, delivery of solutions to Clients, and enablement of local MMB markets.The right candidate:Outgoing, dedicated professional who's passionate about technology empowering Clients to operate at their best.Experience working with B2B2C Digital Propositions, with the ability to identify market challenges and develop value propositions using a consultative approach.Experience supporting a technical sales lifecycle, including building a sales pipeline and managing the stages of prospecting, pursuit and close.Proven track-record of successfully delivering digital solutions to Clients, ideally within the employee benefits industry.Experience of enabling stakeholders (including Clients or internal colleagues) to be self-sufficient.Self-sufficient and adaptable, with an interest in working across multiple locations with complex and differing requirements.
Experience with Product development stakeholders, connecting consultant and client feedback with meaningful product enhancements.Analytical skills for a variety of work environments.
