Verisure is seeking for a skilled and passionate Group Oracle Cloud ERP CoE Specialist to join our expanding Center of Excellence (CoE), which supports operations in 18 countries across Europe and LATAM. This role is crucial to the ERP CoE Team and will significantly impact the business. We offer extensive training to help employees develop their skills.

To build on our past success, we plan to enhance our Group ERP Center of Excellence by centralizing its operations in Lisbon. This position will report directly to the Oracle Global Process Owner, based in Lisbon. This key player will provide support to all ERP Financial Modules (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management and Fixed Assets).
Responsibilities will include, among others: Collaboration with finance specialists to ensure they can perform their day-to-day activities
Daily monitoring of incidents and requests raised by finance teams across our footprint
Daily Monitoring ERP integrations & reports
Support all activities related to the Oracle Cloud quarterly upgrades, such as testing new features and adjusting its settings if necessary
Support the team in identifying improvement needs and/or new requirements for global processes and/or for specific markets
Support all phases of internal projects (function design, unit tests, deployment and end user training)

+2 years relevant experience in finance, as part of a team
Fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish, Portuguese and French desirable
User experience in ERP Financial Modules (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management and Fixed Assets), preferably in Oracle Cloud
Basic understanding of ERP support model (incident management / service requests)
Relevant academic background (e.g., Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, etc)
Competencies Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Enjoys working with a variety of IT systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
Highly motivated with strong analytical skills
Methodical and detail-oriented
