Your Responsibilities
Own your own projects and be responsible for driving results across various projects and initiatives.
Set ambitious yet achievable goals, develop strategic plans to reach them, and execute with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes.
Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables.
Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.
Drive accountability by ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Act as a champion for our results-driven culture within the team and organization.

Start date and Travel
This role will cover all five markets, so regular travel will be part of what we have in mind for you! It will also include extended stays working hands-on with the teams in the different locations.
