Your Role Support the selection and approval of the recruitment processes of your team;
Ensure and follow-up on the staffing needs of the projects;
Manage and develop your team;
Address the needs of the clients in your perimeter.
Your Profile Degree in Computer Science, Management, or similar;
Autonomous, with excellent communication and leadership skills, positive thinking, and proactive.
In addition, the candidate should have:
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
A real passion for learning, improving processes, and helping others – with the ability to turn ideas into tangible outcomes.
