English Collections Representative | Porto

We are currently looking for a Collections/Financial Services Representative to join the team of a multinational company. ?? Porto ?? Monday to Friday, hybrid regime ?? Your mission:
In this project you will be responsible for supporting the team on the credit and collections; handle disputes, cash applications and the billing needed; online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration; validate or complete accurate and timely reporting. ?? What you need to embark on this mission:
- Fluency in English (at least C1 level);
- At least 6 months' experience in a similar position;
- Good computer skills, including advanced Excel proficiency;
- Dynamism, proactivity and initiative;
- Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills;
- High sense of responsibility and team spirit. ?? What awaits you:
