Squarespace is looking for an Engineering Team Manager to lead a team as part of the Website Platform group. The mission of Website Foundations is to modernize and evolve Squarespace's primary product offering, our Website builder and CMS. This includes developing systems and platforms for both our internal and external customers to build features on top of the Website builder in a safe and self-service way. This role calls for a technical manager with backend experience that can lead by example to create engineering solutions for maintenance and technical debt, system design, and architecture.This is a hybrid role working from our NYC office 3 days per week.
