Employee Experience Specialist

Are you passionate about Human Resources?We're looking for an Employee Experience Specialist, who will be responsible for day-to-day human resource maintenance within specific business groups and/or functions, answering questions and resolving issues, timely HR Systems employee life cycle data entry, electronic employee file and HR records maintenance, and assistance with various HR special projects.If you think that this is up your speed, then this may be the opportunity for you!What you'll doGive support to contract Signing, contract termination, holiday/absence/day off request, absence justification delivery, changing availability, changing personal information;Follow up and registration of leave applications;Contractual clarifications;Absences documentation (reception, registration in the system and archive it).What you'll needDegree in Human Resources, Social Service or Social Sciences related (preferable);Fluency in Portuguese;Fluency in English (B2 minimum);Additional knowledge of other languages is a plus (German, French and Spanish);Availability to work in a hybrid regime;Previous professional experience as administrative in human resources – preferential;Experience in conflict resolution;Team player.Teleperformance PortugalTeleperformance Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe.
