Your leadership will be key to transforming ideas into high-quality, technically sound circuit designs that drive our platform's success.What You'll Do:Inspire and Lead: Guide and mentor a talented team of junior electronics engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Drive Excellence: Oversee and guarantee the technical integrity of all processes related to circuit design and integration, acting as the custodian of quality.Innovate and Create: Deliver impactful electronic content that enables seamless design automation on our platform.Strategize and Execute: Collaborate on strategic planning for electronic content creation, ensuring alignment with our company's vision.Manage and Optimize: Effectively manage project timelines, workloads, and team sprints to ensure timely delivery of top-tier content.Your profileA degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
