The Customer Service Department intends to recruit a Electric Mobility - Contact Center Operations Management .
Key Responsibilities: Support the operational management of Contact Centers in the liberalized market, specifically in the New Energy area, namely in electric mobility; Control of operational and management KPIs; Review or implementation of new processes; Promotion of continuous improvement through the identification of pain points and their correction, always considering the best practices in the market; Implementation and monitoring of new products in the operation; Monitoring and managing operations/partners at various sites; Alignment of best practices among various partners; Continuous alignment and communication with various key areas (segment management, smart mobility, B2C operations, field services...). What kind of profile are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus; Mandatory 3 to 8 years' experience, preferably in operations management; Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making; Cross-functional collaboration skills.
