What you will do:
Operations:
Manage connection requests to the grid for electric mobility charging station operators (connections to the low voltage network and private transformer stations linked to the distribution network).
Proactively manage a portfolio of electric mobility charging station operators (with installations connected to both low and medium voltage networks).
Identify process improvements impacting electric mobility, such as connection/modification processes, integration into the MOBIE network, and energy consumption data reporting.
Handle requests and ensure the technical service quality for electric mobility charging operators, including responding to information requests and complaints.
Participate in and/or lead digital transformation projects in the electric mobility sector.

What are we looking for:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering;
Professional experience of up to 4 years;
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of power electrical systems, medium voltage (MV) and low voltage (LV) distribution networks.
Understanding of applicable legislation and regulations in the electric power distribution sector and private electrical installations (a plus).
Digital Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Knowledge of SAP (preferable).
Mandatory Requirements:
Proficiency in the Portuguese language.
Desirable Qualities:
Enjoy working in a team environment.
Goal-oriented and committed to achieving objectives.
Proficiency in the English language.
