Position Summary
Act as a key driver of the eBusiness Strategy in the Global Transformation of Nestlé by enabling the activation of IMS' in-house solution 'Content Services' and supporting Markets/Businesses along the Product Content lifecycle (E.g Creation, Adaptation, Distribution and Monitoring of Product eContent Assets across all touchpoints). The Content Services brings marketing scalability, automation, cost efficiency, and speed to markets.
By fostering strong relationships in Nestlé's global and local content landscape and digital ecosystem, the main goal of the eContent Account specialist is to be the interface between Nestlé's Global and Regional stakeholders, Local Markets, and IMS Content Services team, ensuring the following:
Drive adoption of Nestlé's internal content solutions and support in their activation
Delivery of World Class Service
Assess and manage Business/Markets' demand plan
Coordination of global/regional projects from the planning to the implementation
Problem Solving
Bring insights based on available data
Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalogue, Training materials, Briefs, etc…)
Run Regular Operational reviews with internal and external suppliers to track Service Delivery to spot improvement opportunities and guarantee SLAs.
Lead periodic meetings with Business/Market to strengthen relationships, seek new opportunities and grow the account.
Liaise with Finance & Control team for the correct and timely charge back of services provided to Nestlé Markets/Businesses
Ensure compliance with Nestlé Global standards including effective management of Standard Routines, Market Deployment Toolkit and Control Best Practices.
What will make you successful
At least 3 years' experience in Marketing and/or Brand management, Content/Digital account management
Working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks
Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting
Great understanding of the Digital Ecosystem
Great knowledge of Digital Content Production and Lifecycle
Good knowledge of Branding and Content identity
Strong relationship management skills
Strong presentation and/or selling skills
Experience in using Project Management, Tracking Tools (Cost, Time, Budget, Volumes, Resources)
Strong Marketing mindset
Business driven
English (advanced level)
Creative/Media/advertising Agency experience is a plus (not dismissive)
