The Work You'll Do: The eCommerce Account Executive is responsible for prospecting new customers and business contacts, present the technical features of our products, drive sales and maintain a solid customer relationship. More specifically, you will: Contact with potential clients to advertise our products and services. Search for new potential customers. Maintaining strong customer relationships. Meeting sales targets Build and maintain relationships with customers. Creating compelling sales arguments. Sell the company's products and services. Carrying out research into competitors' services. Demonstrate the technical features and benefits of our products. Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products. Generate purchase orders and sales revenue. What We Need From You: Bachelor's degree/Bachelor's degree in management, Marketing (or similar field); A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Proven sales experience developing customer focused, differentiated and viable solutions. Good knowledge (spoken and written) in Portuguese. Good knowledge (spoken and written) in English.
