DESCRIPTIONAs our E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations' smooth and efficient functioning. You will manage online stores, maintain data integrity, manage products and SKUs, and oversee customer contracts and agreements. This role requires a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented person, who can multitask and prioritise effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIESManage Online Stores: Regularly update and maintain Shopify, Recurly, and Stripe to ensure optimal performance, including permissions management and the dunning cycle; supplement with offline sales (manual orders) upon need.
Conduct Platform Audits: Regularly audit data to ensure integrity and accuracy across all platforms, and implement data backup and security measures.
Product and SKU Management: Create and maintain plans, products, and SKUs, including using engineering web tools and keeping a comprehensive SKU database.
Shopify-specific Tasks: Perform regular maintenance, manage discount codes, fulfillment locations, and update products as needed.
Support Promotional Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to create and manage promotional campaigns and ensure product listing accuracy.
Customer Contracts Management: Develop and manage procedures and databases for customer contracts, including non-payments and disputes.
HubSpot/Sales Pipeline Control: Process new contracts, review terms and conditions, and coordinate with logistics, finance, and support for service delivery.
Issue Invoices: Notify relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of services and hardware, leading to accurate invoicing.
REQUIREMENTSTechnical skills & qualifications: Proven experience in operations management in an e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of Shopify, Recurly, and Stripe, where relevant hands-on experience is preferred.
Proficiency in product and SKU management.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
People skills & traits: Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well independently and also as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English.
