We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Manager with experience in the retail sector to join the team.

Vila Nova de Gaia, Grijó
Monday to Friday, flexible work hours.

Your mission: Define the annual e-commerce strategy and budget;Ensure the management of the e-commerce logistics process until delivery to the customer and guarantee its continuous optimization;Ensure continuous improvement of the website in order to improve the customer experience and boost sales;Analyze sales, inventories and stocks, following up and monitoring KPIs and suggesting the necessary actions to maximize them;Suggest products or ranges for the e-commerce channel in coordination with the commercial area;Negotiate, build and develop good partnership relations with internal and external stakeholders.What you need to embark on this mission: Fluency in Portuguese and English (at least C1 level);French knowledge is a plus;Degree in Management, Marketing or similar;Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role;Experience in digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads);Ability to analyze and interpret data;Focus on customer experience;Good communication and influencing skills;High sense of responsibility and team spirit.What awaits you: Direct contract with the client;Flexible work schedule;Health insurance;Integration into a dynamic and motivated team;Training and professional development opportunities.Do you identify with this opportunity and want to find out more?
