Develop and implement highly effective sourcing strategies?across all business areas, spanning across our teams: Consulting, Software and Operations. 2. Proactively source passive candidates?through extensive research on various recruiting channels, networking boards, complex Boolean searches and?existing talent pool database. 3. Work alongside the business leaders to identify and outline their hiring needs. 4. Maintain ongoing relationships with potential candidates, staying attuned to their career aspirations, and strategically engaging them for future opportunities. 5. Evaluating candidates' qualifications by meticulously reviewing and assessing their resumes to ensure alignment with our?needs and job requirements. Your Capabilities You are a proven Sourcing Expert with a keen eye for talent and a strategic mindset, to drive our mission to find, attract and hire the best talent in the industry. As a?Dynamic Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Laminar, an ideal candidate?would:? - Possess a Sherlock Holmes-level skills for finding hidden talent (magnifying glass not required but appreciated). - Understand?applicant tracking systems (familiarity with Lever CRM would be ideal), sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter/Talent Insights) and other recruitment tools to streamline sourcing processes. - Have high attention to detail when reviewing candidate profiles and resumes to ensure alignment with job requirements. - Have ability to?manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. - Be willing to engage in shameless stalking...of talent, of course!? Possess effective verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates and build relationships.
