Duty Manager

The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel during their shift. This includes ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, managing staff, and addressing any issues that arise. The Duty Manager acts as the point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the hotel during their shift, ensuring all departments are functioning efficiently. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Coordinate with all departments to address any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with other department managers to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a log of incidents and issues that occur during the shift for review by senior management. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industrySkills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
