This position offers you the opportunity to work in the website technical solutions industry, assisting Dutch-speaking customers with their technical inquiries.
While previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, it is not mandatory.
We are looking for candidates who are motivated, eager to learn, and willing to grow within the company.
In this role, you will support customers remotely, providing high-level technical assistance for various website solutions.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting, guiding clients through technical challenges, and offering support via phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting with technical issues related to website solutionsTroubleshoot technical problems, offering solutions for issues such as website setup, configuration, or functionalityGuide customers through using website tools, helping them understand features and solve issues efficientlyDocument all customer interactions and issues in the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate records and follow-upEnsure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionallyFollow guidelines and processes to troubleshoot, escalate, or resolve issues in an efficient mannerEscalate complex technical problems to the appropriate department or higher-level support when neededProvide feedback to management on recurring issues and areas for improvement in the customer experienceTake ownership of customer issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner, and follow up as necessaryMaintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies while handling customer informationCollaborate with other team members to improve processes and help enhance the customer experienceManage customer expectations and maintain composure in a high-pressure environmentProvide ongoing support and solutions for website-related queries, assisting clients in maximizing their use of our servicesSkills and Qualifications: Fluency in Dutch (C2 level required)Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or higher)Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatoryTechnical aptitude and willingness to learn about website solutions and common technical issuesExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer-focused approachStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issuesAbility to work independently and maintain high-quality service while working remotelyAbility to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneouslyExceptional attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracyComfortable with working night shifts, weekends, and flexible hoursEU ID required to work legally in PortugalResidence Card required for non-EU nationalsAdditional Benefits: Health and Life Insurance: Comprehensive coverage provided from the start of your employmentCareer Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a fast-growing companyMeal Allowance: Daily meal allowance to help cover your expensesTransport Allowance: Monthly allowance to assist with commuting or other transportation needsRemote Work: Flexibility to work from home, allowing you to balance your professional and personal lifeCompany-Provided Equipment: All necessary equipment (laptop, software, etc.)
