Dutch Sales Account Executive - Relocation OfferedLocation: Lisbon, Portugal (fully onsite)Salary: CompetitiveFull Relocation: Offered including accommodation, airport pick-up, supportDescription:As a successful Dutch Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and understanding their business needs. You will support our clients by identifying knowledge gaps in their organization and providing access to global knowledge experts.Key Responsibilities:Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients' needs.Work with key clients on projects, understanding their objectives and analyzing data.Maintain the in-house knowledge database and recruit new experts when required.Develop strong internal and external relationships with customers to enhance their experience.Participate in weekly and monthly meetings.Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures.Experience:Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management.Fluent in Dutch and English.Strong administration skills and CRM proficiency are a plus.High levels of motivation, enthusiasm, and an innovative approach.Sales training is preferred.Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.Ability to build effective long-term relationships and close sales.Excellent attention to detail.This role is a driving force for the success of the company and demands the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
