Role Overview: As a Dutch Customer Advisor, you'll deliver stellar service to our clientele, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through phone, email, and chat channels. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you'll elevate the customer experience and contribute to refining processes. Key Responsibilities: Answer and handle cases and errands from our main queue, chat, and mail:  You'll be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and requests received through various channels, including our main queue, chat platform, and email system. Handling questions from customers:  You'll provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction. Handling complaints:  In the event of customer complaints, you'll listen attentively to their concerns, empathize with their situation, and work towards finding a suitable resolution, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout the interaction.
