We are an international service company specializing in customer experience and business process outsourcing and have over 50,000 employees. As an Inbound Customer Support Agent, you will
Support to Partner managing extranet (Assistance to partners managing their hotels, e.g. open availability, managing calendar, invoices, etc...) via phone and email

Speak and write fluent Dutch and English
EU passport
Empathy and a kind smile in your voice
Good in stressed situations
Loves to speak to people and help
Having Experience with Windows Computers + Multitasking Proficiency.
Able to install Okta app on their mobile phones, internet connection (by cable so router access needed), isolated and proper working space.
