Problem-Solving : Assist users with account issues, security concerns, and other platform-related questions, guiding them through step-by-step solutions.
Documentation : Accurately log and track customer interactions to ensure timely follow-ups and continuous improvement of services.
Relationship Building : Foster positive relationships with users, providing empathetic and helpful responses.
User Experience Enhancement : Share feedback from users with the team to help improve the platform and ensure a high-quality experience.
