Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch , ensuring all communications are clear, friendly, and professional.
Assist customers with product-related questions, order processing, returns, and general inquiries about our beauty products.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for a first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and address common issues.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our product offerings.
Requirements:
Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills.
B2 level proficiency in English ; additional languages are a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the beauty sector.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
A passion for beauty products and a genuine desire to help customers.
