Join our customer service team at a leading American multinational clothing and footwear company.Are you ready to seize this opportunity?Responsabilidades ChaveYou will be the key element in assisting customers throughout all aspects of their journey, from the moment they browse the brand's website to the final resolution of their needs. This includes:Guiding them in product selection;Resolving any website issues;Providing detailed product information and facilitating a seamless ordering process;Overseeing delivery processes, handling returns and refunds, and swiftly resolving any challenges that may arise along the way;Assisting customers with warranty-related issues.CompetênciasFluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written (mandatory);High school diploma or higher education;Broadband fiber internet connection (mandatory) as you will be working from home.Principais BenefíciosWhat's in it for you?- Initial and continuous training. During peak seasons, working hours may extend until 8 pm and include weekend shifts.
