Dutch Customer Support Agent - work from home Location: Lisbon, Portugal - or work from home in Portugal
Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 1283 + Euro 100 gross p/m performance bonus potential and 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Saturday 
Relocation: flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/m

For their multilingual hub in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit Dutch Technical Support Agents.
Full work from home in Portugal is available for this role.
The Role As a Dutch Customer Support Agent, you will be working for a mattress company.
You will receive incoming queries via phone, email, and live chat regarding various issues.
Listening to clients' needs, troubleshooting, and first-time resolution are important.
